Our Patrons

The Pantomime Company invited celebrities to become patrons of the company. All have appeared in past pantomime productions at the Concordia and all were glad to give their support and patronage to us. Thank You!

Richard Cadell

Now best known as owner and presenter of Sooty, Richard began his panto career here at the Concordia Theatre, playing Idle Jack in Brian Geary’s production of “Dick Whittington” and presenting his own magic and Illusion act – not bad for a sixteen year old! He later appeared here as Buttons in Cinderella and Wishee Washee in Aladdin. Richard has never forgotten his roots here in Hinckley and says he has many fond memories of his early pantos and such a high regard for the Concordia Theatre and the productions staged here and it is a pleasure to be able to support us.

Andrew Van Buren & Allyson Ford

Andrew and Allyson appeared with the Company in our 2015 pantomime ‘Humpty Dumpty’ with Andrew playing the part of the Knave of Hearts. Their fabulous plate spinning act was a firm favourite with audiences together with their mesmerising illusion act. The couple were overwhelmed by the warm welcome they and their young baby Harley were given by the company and have remained good friends with us all.
