All roles subject to a minimum age 16. Amateur status only – unpaid  

ROLES AVAILABLE

HAPPINESS –  The ‘Fairy/good spirit’ role – open to both Males/Females. Singer and a good mover, a bubbly personality.

VANITY – The ‘Bad spirit’ role – open to both Males/Females. Strong vain character. Singer and a mover.

SQUIRE – Male Character role – works with the Dame good sense of Comedy. Minimum playing age 40.  

COLIN – The principal boy role – open to both Males/Females. Singer and a good mover.

JILL – The principal girl role – Female, Singer/Dancer

PRISCILLA – Non-speaking ‘Skin’ part, this actor will remain unseen as a human, working in a traditional pantomime goose costume. Must be a good mover and able to portray emotions from within this.

CLAUDETTE – P.A. to the Squire – female comedy character – scheming but essentially good at heart.

TIK & TOK – Traditional comedy double act roles – open to both Males and Females. One may also play the additional small role of King or Queen Goose in Act 2.

Roles may vary once auditions have taken place.

Note – The roles of Dame (Mother Goose) and lead comic (Billy Goose) have already been cast.
